NBC’s comentators are also rude to the competitors and the opening and closing ceremony presenters. Can’t find the horses huh? This isn’t a bunch of stinky jocks slapping each other on the butts. These are real people putting everything they have into sports and entertainment for us to enjoy. Stop flapping your lips aout things we already know or don’t want to hear.

Hey there, I have a few questions…
1. You’ve been to Salt Lake in ‘02 and Torino in ‘06 as well as Vancouver. Which was your favorite and why?
2. Having spent time following the alpine skiers, what did you think about the whole Mancuso/Vonn drama that was being discussed in the media? And how did their coverage and the negative attention affected the women, their relationship and their experience at the games?
3. Was there something you experienced while there that wasn’t covered by the press that you would want to share?
4. What was the general feel in Vancouver about the Canadian Women’s team celebrations? Were people upset? Did they think the IOC was making a big deal out of nothing?
5. Are you suffering from a curling withdrawl?

What was the houghlight of the Games?

USA CANADA Game?
Bode?
Vonn/Julia?
Nordic?
Bobsled?

My vote is the 2 USA Canada games followed be EARLY ski wins (what happened later in the Games)

Awesome job guys! Agree with most of your observations and much better than the commentary on TV (and probably that of prime time NBC coverage). No mention of Dartmouth alum’s bro Patrick Biggs??? Representing CAN he came in 35th…not too shabby.

Feel badly for Ligety, but he didn’t look to be on his game today. Hopefully he can pull it together in the slalom.
